1. Lead Pricing & Minimum Purchase
Introductory Test Offer: varies per exclusive solar lead
Minimum Initial Purchase: varies per region
Total Invoice Amount: $
Payment is prepaid in full prior to delivery.
Future pricing, if the Client elects to continue after the initial test batch, will be discussed and confirmed in writing.
2. Exclusive Lead Definition
Each lead is sold to only one installer within the agreed service territory.
Shaolin Shinobi AI Solutions does not resell the same lead to multiple installers within the defined territory.
3. Valid Lead Criteria
A lead is considered valid if it includes:
A real first and last name
A working phone number
A request for a solar quote
Located within the agreed service territory
4. Replacement Policy
Leads will be replaced if they meet one of the following conditions:
Duplicate lead (previously delivered to Client)
Outside agreed service territory
Incorrect or invalid contact information
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Leads will not be replaced due to:
No answer or unresponsive prospect
Prospect declining service
Financing disqualification
Installer follow-up delays
Client is responsible for timely follow-up and their sales process.
5. Delivery Method
Leads will be delivered via:
Delivery begins after payment is received and confirmed.
6. Limitation of Responsibility
Shaolin Shinobi AI Solutions provides lead generation and routing services only.
We do not guarantee:
Appointment rates
Close rates
Revenue outcomes
Sales performance depends on the Client’s pricing, follow-up speed, sales process, and market conditions.
7. Agreement
By remitting payment, Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
